Description:
The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. This role involves order processing, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and coordinating between departments to support sales activities.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos
- Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance
- Responding to client’s requests in timely manner
- Minimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents
- Activating, funding, and retention
- Ability to explain to the client all the required information clearly and honestly as well as all the risks through meetings, calls and social media messages.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable with sales management software and CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and take quick action
