Description:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible to provide a professional support and assistance to all clients by answering their questions, resolving their inquiries and facilitating for them the operational process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client’s inquiries via phone, e-mails, live chat, social
media or any other active channel
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services and trading
platforms
- Assist clients with account-related tasks, including account setup, funding, withdrawals and
technical issues
- Guide clients through trading processes, explain trading concepts and address trading-related
queries
- Resolve client’s complaints, striving for first-call resolution and maintaining a high level of
satisfaction
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the
CRM system
- Continuously update and expand product knowledge to provide comprehensive and up-to-date
support
- Collaborate internally with other team members and departments to resolve client’s issues and
improve processes
- Identify and report any new trends based on client’s inquiries to help improve products and
services
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• Limited previous experience in the field is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM or other systems is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in finance, economics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with financial products and trading platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams.
