Description:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our offices in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the portfolio of CFI is sales team primary objective as well as to offer the high-quality service and maintain a bigger number of sustainable clients.
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos
- Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with back office and compliance
- Responding to client’s requests in a timely manner
- Keeping up with formats updates
- Minimizing the number of in process/draft leads by following up and completing the documents
- Confirmation calls, following up with the unfunded accounts
- Activating, funding, and retention
- Ability to bring clients from outside the office
- Ability to explain to the client all the required information clearly and honestly as well as all the risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or any related field.
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable with sales management software and CRM
- Good ability to balance persuasion
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and take quick action
- Fluent in written and spoken English
