Description:

The L&D Officer will support the implementation of learning and development strategies to enhance employee capabilities, promote continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business goals. This role will focus on organizing, monitoring, and supporting training initiatives, both in-person and online.

Main tasks and responsibilities

· Support in the proper alignment of training requests with business needs
· Organize logistics for in-person and online training sessions
· Assist in liaising with external training providers
· Perform training activities related to AI tools & e-learning systems
· Help in developing simple training content and presentations
· Ensure proper follow-up on the onboarding learning process
· Maintain L&D records and track team members’ learning progress
· Assist in executing activities related to the competencies framework and gap analysis
· Coordinate and support internal and external training sessions, workshops, and webinars
· Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
· Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
· 2+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
· Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital training tools
· Experience or interest in AI tools and e-learning systems is a plus
· Fluent in English; Arabic Strong organizational and communication skills
· Good presentation and content creation abilities
· Analytical mindset and attention to detail
