Description:
The Business Development Support will play a key role in supporting the execution and coordination of strategic projects and initiatives across the company. This role will assist the Business Development Project Manager in managing partnerships, tracking deliverables, improving internal processes, and contributing to market expansion efforts.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business development projects across departments.
- Monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in researching potential partners, competitors, and new markets.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in managing CRM-related tasks, including tracking leads and supporting automation efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Help in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to internal processes.
- Follow up with internal teams or external partners to ensure accountability and progress.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in a project coordination, business development, or operations role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in the financial services or brokerage industry is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Understanding of lead management and sales operations.
