Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team at CFI. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing data across departments to drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources (CRM, trading platforms like MT4/MT5, marketing tools, etc.).
• Analyze client behavior, trading activity, and performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Tableau to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to measure campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and user engagement.
• Identify data patterns and trends that can help improve client retention, acquisition strategies, and operational processes.
• Assist in calculating key metrics such as notional volume, deposit/withdrawal trends, revenue per client, and more.
• Support compliance and regulatory teams with data required for audits or reporting obligations.
• Recommend improvements in data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
• Monitor data integrity across systems and help identify system or data entry errors.
• Work with IT and product teams to enhance data pipelines and integrations between platforms.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience performing similar tasks.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the trading, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4, MT5, CTrade…) and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
