Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Officer to join our team at CFI. As the Tax Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to local taxes at all times.
• Keeping abreast with the latest tax amendments and updates
• Preparing, submitting, and overseeing the payments of all tax obligations (including but not limited to payroll taxes, income taxes, municipality taxes, property taxes etc.)
• Assist with the resolution of any tax disputes or audits.
• Coordinating with external Auditors on tax related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certification (CPA, Chartered Tax Adviser, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in local tax regulations in the financial industry
• Proven experience in local tax preparation and payments.
• Strong command of local tax laws including VAT, Corporate tax, payroll tax etc.
