Job Description Overview:
As a Global Partnership Account Manager, you will lead the development and expansion of CFI’s Affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) network across various international markets. This role demands strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity, and strong business acumen to cultivate profitable relationships and drive market-specific growth in alignment with our global objectives..
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, Grow, and Retain: Build and manage a diversified portfolio of global CFI business partners by acquiring new affiliates/IBs and optimizing the performance of existing ones across multiple regions.
- Localized Strategy Development: Design region-specific partnership strategies tailored to cultural, economic, and regulatory environments.
- Global Relationship Management: Maintain high partner engagement through regular communication, personalized support, and value-added tools including regional insights and co-branded marketing.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as trading volumes, net deposits, and conversion rates using data analytics and CRM systems to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Event Participation: Represent CFI at global expos, financial summits, webinars, and strategic partner events to promote the brand and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with global marketing, legal, compliance, and sales teams to ensure partners are aligned with CFI’s standards and strategic goals.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed of regional regulatory landscapes, ensuring all partnerships operate within local and international compliance framework
Expectations:
• 3–5 years of experience in global partnership management or business development in the FX/CFD, fintech, or financial services industry
• Demonstrated success in managing IBs/affiliates across different regions and cultures
• In-depth understanding of global trading behaviors, regulatory environments, and partnership ecosystems
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or financial influencers in one or more international regions is a significant advantage
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms (MT4/MT5) and CRM systems
• Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, or French are a plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
