Job Title: Product Researcher
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct mixed-method research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, A/B testing) to inform and evaluate product decisions.
- Analyze product analytics (funnels, engagement metrics, behavioral patterns) to support UX hypotheses.
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights shared through reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations.
- Plan and scope UX research studies across discovery and validation phases.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, PMs, and Engineers to embed user understanding into product strategy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of features post-launch using both qualitative feedback and product metrics.
- Use data (e.g. Amplitude, Qualtrics, or FullStory) to inform and refine design decisions.
- Can support in design tasks if necessary
Education and Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in UX research, product insights, or behavioral data analysis.
- Familiarity with research planning, user personas, empathy maps, journey mapping, usability studies, and wireframing — as taught in the Google UX Design Certificate (completion of the program is a plus).
- Ability to run end-to-end UX research from planning to synthesis and stakeholder presentation.
- Experience with tools like , Figma, and Google Forms or Typeform, Braze.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using Amplitude and UX Research for behavioral data analysis.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can turn user pain points and data patterns into compelling product recommendations.
- A user-first mindset grounded in design thinking, accessibility, and iterative testing.
- Familiarity with statistical software for validating hypotheses will be regarded as an asset.
