Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on transforming product ideas and challenges into user-centered, innovative design strategies.
  • Partner early with PMs, Engineers, and BAs to define problem spaces, uncover insights, and shape requirements.
  • Proactively identify and redesign underperforming or complex user flows in existing features.
  • Conduct or lead UX research (surveys, interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis) to inform direction.
  • Create end-to-end design , from insights to wireframes to high-fidelity, dev-ready UI using Figma.
  • Innovate through design systems, frameworks, and interaction patterns that scale.
  • Bring clarity to complexity, and structure to ambiguity.

Education and Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
  • Proven track record of designing intuitive solutions for complex or evolving product spaces.
  • Ability to connect business goals and user behavior to design strategies and feature roadmaps.
  • Deep experience with Figma, research tools and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Braze).
  • Confidence leading discovery phases and aligning design insights with product planning.
  • Strong communication and leadership presence , you're not just designing screens, you're shaping product direction.
