Role Overview

The Product Manager – Digital Asset Trading Platforms will:

• Own CFI’s digital asset trading platforms across app and web

• Drive the roadmap, client experience, and competitive positioning

• Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable trading environment

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Ownership

• Define and manage roadmap for digital asset platforms

• Enhance scalability, reliability, and integration across trading and funding

Client Experience & Features

• Deliver frictionless onboarding, funding, and trading flows

• Develop advanced features such as order types, charting, and analytics

• Use data and feedback to continuously improve usability and adoption

Compliance & Security

• Ensure alignment with KYC/AML and regulatory standards

• Oversee wallets, custody, and secure operations

• Balance innovation with compliance and client protection

Execution & Delivery

• Translate business, compliance, and client needs into clear requirements

• Collaborate with Technology, QA, and DevOps for high-quality releases

• Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, funding success, adoption

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Business Development, and Marketing

• Support go-to-market positioning and campaigns

• Act as subject-matter expert on digital asset platforms

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years in digital assets, crypto, or trading platforms

• Proven success with app and web platforms (exchange, brokerage, or fintech)

• Knowledge of wallets, custody, liquidity, and funding processes

• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
