Role Overview:
The Product Manager – Trading Platforms & Partner Ecosystem will take ownership of CFI’s suite of external (third party) trading platforms and integrated client and partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for ensuring that CFI delivers a seamless, competitive, and scalable trading environment across all digital touchpoints, from trading platforms to client portals and partner systems. The Product Manager will lead the roadmap, vendor collaboration, and product improvements that enhance user experience and strengthen CFI’s competitive edge globally.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap for all external trading platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee integrations, upgrades, and feature enhancements to meet evolving client and market needs.
- Align platform strategy with CFI’s broader growth, regulatory, and client experience objectives.
Client & Partner Ecosystem
- Manage and evolve the client and partner portals to ensure seamless onboarding, funding, account management, and reporting.
- Enhance partner-facing tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
- Support business development in strengthening the partner ecosystem through product innovation.
Innovation & Competitive Edge
- Benchmark platforms and ecosystem features against industry peers to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to introduce new functionalities and integrations.
- Ensure platforms and ecosystems reinforce CFI’s value proposition and market differentiation.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate business and client needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Technology, QA, DevOps, and Compliance to ensure smooth delivery and rollout of platform updates.
- Ensure global regulatory compliance is maintained across all platforms and regions.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with internal teams across Business, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to drive adoption and engagement.
- Act as the internal subject-matter expert on trading platforms and client and partner ecosystems.
- Represent CFI in vendor discussions and industry collaborations related to platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management within financial services, trading, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of multi-platform trading ecosystems, client portals, and partner systems.
- Proven ability to manage platform vendors and technology partnerships.
- Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of platform operations and compliance needs.
- Skilled in agile delivery, data-driven product management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
