Description:

The Global Talent Acquisition Intern supports CFI’s recruitment needs across all entities by managing end-to-end hiring processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s global brand and culture.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across global entities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using various methods (databases, job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and headhunting).
• Coordinate with HR and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support onboarding processes by ensuring smooth handovers to HR and hiring managers.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience or academic exposure in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is a plus.
• Strong interest in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
