Description:

The Head of Trading Instruments Development will lead the growth, profitability, and competitiveness of our global trading lineup covering FX, indices, equities, commodities, and crypto.

This is a key leadership role for a commercially driven professional who can combine market intelligence, pricing expertise, and strategic vision to strengthen CFI’s position as a global leader in online trading.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for CFI’s trading instruments and overall market offering.
• Develop and optimize pricing frameworks (spreads, commissions, markups) to balance client value and profitability.
• Identify new trading opportunities and instruments that expand client reach and engagement.
• Benchmark CFI’s offering against global competitors and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive adoption and promote the trading suite.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, improve profitability, and guide business decisions.
• Manage relationships with market data providers to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• 8–10 years of experience in trading products, product management, or brokerage operations
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing and profitability
• Proven leadership and project coordination capabilities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
