Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with a strong understanding of cryptocurrencies and trading platforms. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support to users via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist users with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, trading, and security inquiries.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and escalate complex cases to the technical team when needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our exchange products, services, and updates.
- Collect user feedback and share insights with product and development teams to improve the platform.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards for professionalism and quality.
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within crypto exchange, fintech, or trading environment.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain basics, and wallets.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) – required to support users across the MENA region.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts, if required.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
• Experience handling KYC/AML-related inquiries
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, or emerging blockchain trends.
