Description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Officer with strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that consolidate client, financial, and risk performance data. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and able to deliver accurate, automated, and actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
Technical Reporting & Dashboards

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations for complex KPIs.
• Automate reporting workflows to minimize manual effort.
• Create interactive and intuitive visualizations for executive and operational teams.

Data Integration & Management

• Connect and extract data from multiple systems (ERP/accounting, CRM, trading/risk platforms).
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines ensuring reliable, clean data.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all reporting outputs.

Analysis & Insights

• Perform variance, trend, and performance analysis across client, financial, and risk metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with timely and insightful reporting.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Act as a technical expert on BI tools, reporting, and data visualization.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in using self-service dashboards and reports.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance KPIs.
• Experience analyzing financial, risk, or client-related data and producing actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
